Confirm your Email

After you complete the registration form, an email will be sent to your email to activate your account and you can enter the control panel.

When you access the control panel you must finish your registration and then you can send the link to receive payments online with credit cards.

How to create an account

Once you log in, you must go to the configuration section and complete the information associated with your business and/or services. Be sure to complete your banking information to receive payments in your account.

How to start receiving payments

Depending on the settings you have selected in your control panel, payments will be sent to your account once a week or once a month.

How are funds transferred to my bank

How can I cancel a transaction

In your control panel, within the list of payments received, you must click on the "Cancel" button. A cancellation takes between 5 and business days for the customer's bank account to be refunded.

How can I close my account

If you wish to close your account you must write to info@safedeal.ca to request closure. Once your account is closed, if there are still payments pending deposit, these will be made on the date that you have already selected in your control panel.
